Please read the following general terms and conditions carefully, as these apply to all orders from us. By selecting "accept" in our online shop and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Delivery
We only deliver alcoholic beverages to customers who are at least 18 years old. With his order, the customer confirms to be at least 18 years old.

Range and prices
Our prices as well as the shipping costs charged to you can change again and again, as they also depend on our partners. The current range and the current prices can be found in our online shop. Special promotions and individual agreements as well as price changes at any time remain reserved. The images listed on the website may differ from the actual products.

Order, shipping
You can see the exact shipping options and costs in the ordering process, where they are clearly visible and always up to date.
Orders received through our online shop from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) before 4 p.m. are usually delivered to addresses in Switzerland on the next working day, but in any case within two working days. When shipping via Swiss Post, additional delivery options such as evening or Saturday delivery may be available for an additional charge. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be processed on the following working day. We reserve the right to refuse orders without giving reasons.

Means of payment
We accept payment using the payment methods shown on the website.

Purchase on account with partial payment option (POWERPAY)
As an external payment service provider, MF Group / POWERPAY offers the payment method “purchase on account”. With the order invoice, you can easily pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you choose not to make a payment within the specified time frame, you will subsequently receive a monthly invoice with an order overview in the following month.

When the sales contract is concluded, POWERPAY takes over the invoice claim and processes the corresponding payment modalities. When purchasing on account, in addition to our terms and conditions, you accept the Conditions by POWERPAY. (powerpay.ch/de/agb). Powerpay carries out a credit check in the background when purchasing on account. The “purchase on account” option is only available in the checkout if this results in a sufficient credit rating. We also reserve the right to refuse invoice delivery without any reason.

Warranty and liability
The products that Tenoris sells are made by reputable and professional producers. This is why there are never or rarely defective products. Should you receive a defective product, please send us an email immediately to info@urbndrnk.ch and keep the defective product with you until we have given you instructions on how to proceed. Please do not return the products to us unsolicited.
Tenoris encourages you to drink in moderation. We decline all liability for any health consequences. Keep products containing alcohol away from people under 18, animals, and fire. Do not store the products in a sunny place.

revocation
In Switzerland there is no statutory right of withdrawal (www.kmu.admin.ch) and no right to return or exchange of ordered products is granted for our products.
Open the package as soon as you receive it, but no later than the next day, and check the contents for completeness and damage. If incorrect or damaged products arrive or the delivery is incomplete, please send us photos and a description of the defect by email to info@urbndrnk.ch. Damaged products will be replaced. If wrong products are delivered, we will take them back within 30 days, provided that the original seal of the manufacturer is still attached and the product resp. the packaging is otherwise perfect. You will be given the return address of the warehouse responsible for you by our customer service (info@urbndrnk.ch). Do not return the products to us without being asked.

We collect and process data with automatic data processing systems in compliance with the applicable Swiss data protection law. Please see our Privacy Policy.

Applicable law, place of jurisdiction
The present contractual relationship is subject to Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
