Aarver Cask Barrel Aged Gin - 70cl
Barrel-aged Swiss Alpine romance from the bottle.
Anyone who has always wanted to taste an intense aroma of alpine forest on the tongue should try the Cask Barrel Aged from the Swiss distillery Aarver. Cones and needles from a Swiss spruce, which belongs to the pine family, were added to this gin. This created a special taste experience.
Gin from Switzerland is usually flavored with herbs and typical ingredients such as juniper and citrus fruits. With this, the Swiss want to express the close connection to their beautiful and impressive nature.
For the Cask Barrel Aged, however, Aarver uses another and very special ingredient: Swiss stone pine. This spruce only thrives in the high Alpine regions and defies even the most extreme weather conditions there. Dry, hot summers on the one hand and icy temperatures with intense snowfall on the other hand are no problem for this alpine survivor. As a result, stone pines, which are up to 400 years old, absorb numerous environmental influences in the course of their life - and you can taste that with every sip of the gin from the Aarver distillery.
As soon as it is opened, it develops an unmistakable aroma that conjures up imaginary images of wild mountain landscapes. After the first drop, an impressive spectrum of flavors spreads out on the tongue, which brings Alpine romance straight to your home in the practical 70cl bottle.
