Ginger Ale is a carbonated soft drink that is used either on its own or as an ingredient for cocktails and long drinks. Well-known cocktail creations are the Shirley Temple or the alcohol-free Ipanema. The Ipanema, which is also known as the alcohol-free caipirinha, is the trendy drink and consists of lime, brown cane sugar, crushed ice and ginger ale. Ginger Ale owes its name to the addition of natural ginger, but it is not a beer.

The mixer from the young Munich-based company Aqua Monaco consists only of the best ingredients and is guaranteed to be free from artificial flavors and additives. All ingredients are certified organic and vegan. The mineral water of the drink comes from the Munich gravel plain. There, at a depth of 150 m, the water is obtained from a spring and bottled directly on site in a climate-neutral way.

In general, environmental protection is very important at Aqua Monaco. All products are sold in brown returnable bottles and the company is one hundred percent climate neutral. The company's Co2 emissions are initially reduced through the use of green electricity and then offset by the purchase of UN certificates. The brand decided to support a Gold Standard climate protection project in India. This project provides for the operation of a biomass plant, which will create jobs in the region.
