This organic certified Swiss gin is flavored with ginger and secret herbs from the warm Valle di Muggio, which is located in Ticino.

The Gin Bisbino has a close connection to the mountain Monte Bisbino, after which it is named. Its structure, character and history are inspired by it. The paths and forests on which Marino Mombelli developed the secret recipe are also the places where Damiano Merzari, Rupen Nacaroglu and Giona Meyer met so that they can share a common dream and develop it, namely the first gin from the Ticino.

Many inflorescences, berries and herbs, which are the ingredients of Gin Bisbino, are grown organically with dedication and care in the beautiful historical gardens of Sagno. A wonderful terrace from which one can look at the nearby Lombardy and the Mendrisiotte, warmed by the sun, ideal for cultivating valuable botany based on the aroma of gin bisbino.

This variant of Bisbino Gin, which is certified organic, has been flavored with ginger and secret herbs from the warm Valle di Muggio, which is located in Ticino. Compared to the original, it has a drier taste and a slight hint of ginger.
