Bobby's Schiedam Dry Gin - 50cl
Dutch gin with exotic botanicals such as rose hip, fennel and lemongrass
The Bobby's Schiedam Dry Gin comes directly from the capital of the Dutch Genevers. It is characterized by the use of exceptional botanicals such as fennel, cinnamon and lemongrass. This can also be seen in the aroma, which is characterized by complex herbal notes and a refreshing aroma of lemongrass. An excellent spirit for pure enjoyment or as a mixer in a high-quality gin and tonic.
The name of Bobby's Schiedam Dry Gin is made up of the name of its town of origin and the nickname of the grandfather of Sebastiaan von Bokel, the inventor of this gin. His grandfather Jacobus Alfons lived in what is now Indonesia at the time of the Dutch colonization and experimented there with local herbs and spices. His notes formed the basis for the development of Bobby’s Gin. In addition to the classic botanicals such as juniper, coriander and pepper, this noble spirit now also contains more exotic ingredients such as rose hip, fennel and lemongrass. As soon as the bottle is opened, aromas of lemongrass and bergamot flow towards you. A little lime can also be seen and completes the refreshing nosing. This juniper brandy is excitingly complex on the palate, with aromas of juniper, pepper, lemongrass and citrus fruits. Despite the 42% alcohol content, there is no alcoholic burning to be heard, so that this noble drop can also be enjoyed pure “on the rocks” without any problems.
