Cherry cocktail bitters from the cult brand Fee Brothers
Cocktail bitters are spices for cocktails and long drinks that are intended to support their aromas, increase complexity and create a contrast.
The Cherry Bitters give your cocktail or long drink a reddish color and a dominant sweet-bitter cherry taste. The Cherry Cocktail Bitters are made only from natural ingredients - according to a traditional and old recipe. They are also great as an aperitif.
Fee Brothers is a manufacturer of bitters that can look back on a long tradition. They have been running their family business in Rochester, New York, since 1864.
Fee Brothers was originally a delicatessen store. Over time, it developed into a liquor store. The brothers made their own wine, imported wine from Europe, and sold spirits. Since then, the business has been passed on from generation to generation. Since then, fees have had to overcome many crises, such as prohibition in the 1920s. They survived the crisis by producing altar wine and selling sets for making house wine. During Prohibition, the production of small amounts of alcohol for domestic use was allowed. Even the loss of huge amounts of bitters and wine, which they had to dump into the river because taxation would have ruined the company, couldn't stop the success story. Today the company is one of the best-known manufacturers and is operated in the fourth generation by Ellen and Joe Fee. There are over 100 products in their offer.
