Traditional hay liqueur from Arosa.
The summiteer liqueur is made in Arosa, in the middle of the Swiss mountain landscape. The liqueur is very closely linked to its place of origin, because it is mainly produced from ingredients of regional quality.
A pome fruit brandy is used as the basis for the production of the Arosa liqueur. However, this alone does not determine the special character of the liqueur. The fresh mountain hay from the Hemmi family provides the unique and unmistakable hay taste. The family harvests their own hay from their meadows every year. The special feature, however, is that the Hemmi family's hay is not a quickly produced "turbo hay" for dairy cows.
Rather, the hay also contains many different and very aromatic herbs from the mountain region.
These herbs are natural ingredients and contribute a large and very important part to the particularly spicy taste of the summit storm liqueur from Arosa. Among other things, you are responsible for the great popularity of the liqueur at home and abroad.
