Vermouth is a true cosmopolitan. It is consumed in New York, Barcelona, Berlin and Paris, in the hippest bars in the world - either pure on ice or as a high-quality component in immortal aperitifs and cocktails. The Helvetico Vermouth Rosso by the brothers Gian and Florian Grundböck impresses with its excellent quality and has absolutely down-to-earth roots. The Swiss brothers started producing vermouth after their color changing Deux Frères Gin had become a market success. Growing up on a farm near Zurich, the two Grundböcks have two aces up their sleeves: sound specialist knowledge in business administration and broad knowledge in the field of beverage and food technology.

The laboratory at home soon became too small. So the brothers changed their location and moved to an industrial quarter on the outskirts of Zurich. For their Helvetico Vermouth Rosso, the brothers use Swiss Pinot Noir wine and refine it with a finely balanced blend of local herbs.
