Behind this great India Pale Ale there is neither a mountain bike tour nor the story of a friend, but a special thank you to Andre's mother. After her retirement, she diligently, energetically and tirelessly supports every single bridal day. ELSA is produced in small quantities in the microbrewery in Neuhausen am Rheinfall with local ingredients, lovingly filled by hand and labeled by Elsa and Andre.

Raw materials: Water, pale ale malt, Munich malt, Pilsner malt and caramalz, Hallertau magnum and cascade hops from Stammheim (CH)
