This reinterpretation of the classic bock beer impresses with its purple color in combination with fruity and earthy notes. Their origin lies in the cold hopping of beer. The complex bock beer aromas harmonize perfectly with the new hop notes.
The HOPe Kraftbier Manufaktur is located at the foot of the Randen Mountains. A very special specialty is created in the picturesque setting of the Alpine panorama: the beetroot. Bock beers are known for their complex aromas. However, this bock beer also convinces with a fine hop aroma, which originates from the cold hopping process. In addition to adding hops during wort boiling, hops are also added during fermentation. With this procedure, the aroma-forming hop oils go directly into the beer. The fruity aroma profile of Randen Bock is created by adding the Hallertau Magnum and Cascade hops, which originate in Switzerland, as well as beetroot.
The Kraftbier Manufaktur HOPe has been convincing with innovative beer creations since 2017. It is centrally located in the middle of Neuhausen am Rheinfall. The selection of exquisite ingredients is a top priority for the master brewer and his brewers. This is the only way to create beers of the highest quality.
