SOLEIL, the blonde power beer from the HOPe microbrewery in Neuhausen am Rheinfall.

Fresh and tangy full beer from Neuhausen am Rheinfall. Mild, slightly fruity body. Softly tart and spicy in the finish. A new interpretation of Kölsch.

The idea for the recipe for our SOLEIL came about two years ago during a visit to the Swiss Alpine region “Port du Soleil”. The brewer spent great days with friends and the mountain bikes in glorious sunshine. Since then our SOLEIL has been produced in small quantities in the microbrewery in Neuhausen am Rheinfall with local ingredients, lovingly filled and labeled by hand. The Rhenish joie de vivre in a bottle.

Raw materials: Water, Pilsner malt, Khorasan wheat, Hallertau Magnum and Mandarina Bavaria hops from Stammheim (CH)
