The ZINNE is inspired by a beer that was tasted during a tasting by an experienced beer expert. This professional and friend motivated Andre to stick to his dream of brewing. Like the Munot Zinne in Schaffhausen, it has a special status and stands out from other amber beers with its unique caramel notes. ZINNE is produced in small quantities in the microbrewery in Neuhausen am Rheinfall with local ingredients, lovingly filled and labeled by hand.
