A highly aromatic distillate from the Antica Distillery Quaglia from the Italian city of Castelnuovo Don Bosco is hidden in the fashionable bottle of Il Gin del Professore Crocodile. Based on the famous "bathtub gins" from the time of American prohibition, this juniper brandy is produced according to a traditional manufacturing principle. Only high quality and carefully selected ingredients are used. The master distillers do not disclose all of the ingredients, but the well-known botanicals include juniper, citrus fruits, elderflower, pepper and vanilla pods. A special feature is that the citrus fruits are placed in grape must before processing.
