The Del Professore Gin Jerry Thomas Speakeasy is a very special distillate, because it is produced in a family business in Italy using traditional methods from the time of American prohibition. To do this, the twelve carefully selected botanicals are first cold macerated. The botanicals used in this juniper brandy include juniper, coriander, lavender, chamomile and lemon peel. This product is only produced in small batches to ensure consistently high quality. The distillate is then filled into the attractive bottle.
