Gildardo Partida and Leticia Hermosillo both come from a traditional family of distillers that has been producing high quality tequilas for three generations. They have imposed it on themselves to make their products 100% from agave.

The Inicio Tequila Añejo is distilled from blue agave and is allowed to mature for 22 months in French oak barrels before bottling. This storage allows the aromas of the agave to develop properly and are also complemented by the complex notes of the barrel. As soon as the bottle is opened, the spirit shows piquant notes of agave and is in no way alcoholic in the nose. On the palate, surprisingly complex aromas that are reminiscent of chocolate and vanilla appear.
