The noble drink is produced in a third generation family company. The traditional manufacturing process is an important quality feature. The drink gets its fine taste from the blue agave. The plant thrives particularly well in the region's semi-arid climate and in the mineral-rich soil. The blue agave is allowed to ripen over a period of seven to twelve years. The harvest is traditionally done by hand. The agave hearts develop their slightly sweet taste in the stone oven. They are cooked at a constant temperature for about two to three days before they are further processed. The Mexican spirit is made from 100 percent gently processed agave hearts, without any unnecessary additives. The 100% Agave Azul seal is on every bottle of Inicio Tequila Blanco and guarantees the highest quality.

The production is subject to strict quality criteria. The fine, slightly sweet aroma is characteristic of the Mexican drink. The blue agave makes Tequila from Inicio unique. A second distillation refines the spirit. The Blanco variety is a clear, transparent agave brandy that is bottled immediately after distillation. The agave brandy has received numerous awards for its harmonious and complex taste. In 2016 the drink received the DLG silver award and in 2019 the gold award from the Austrian gastro newspaper.
