The JC Gin was born out of the love for the gin. This is about a spirit that gives a Mediterranean lifestyle with Swiss precision and thus sets a new standard for the purity law of the dry gin process.
So that a really unusual gin could be staged, they relied on strong angelica, carefully harvested coriander seeds from the Freiburg region and sun-drenched juniper berries from Tuscany.
The JC Gin gets the classic character from the sweet tonka bean, the spicy pepper and a pinch of a secret ingredient. This happy liaison helps the gentle maceration to an aromatic top form, which finds its completion due to the subsequent triple distillation in the elaborate still pot process.
The trend ingredient of the past few years that is processed in JC Gin is the tonka bean. It is the fashion spice of haute cuisine and the favorite toy of star chefs. The South American legume is dry, small, inconspicuous and looks somewhat crumpled. However, it is awarded magical powers. The tonka bean beguiles every connoisseur with its incomparable fragrance. The South American indigenous peoples used the fruit of the tonka tree as an aphrodisiac.
