What could be nicer than ending a wonderful day with a delicious aperitif ... With its bitter note and the berry-fruity taste, the Manzoni is the perfect aperitif to do just that! And since it doesn't always have to be alcohol, it is also alcohol-free.

The delicious aperitif is a very special product from the Goba company from the Appenzell region, which was opened in 2014. To be precise, the Manzoni comes from the town of Bühler, which is south of St. Gallen. It is made from fresh, green herbs, which give it a particularly aromatic, slightly bitter note. In addition to the herbs, a large amount of well-ripened berries is processed, more precisely currants, chokeberries and cassis. These components give the Manzoni its particularly fruity and full-bodied taste.

In order to be able to enjoy the Manzoni properly, different preparation methods are recommended. In addition to pure enjoyment on ice or mineral water, it is also possible to mix it with tonic or sparkling wine, with or without alcohol. Otherwise it is also ideal for trying out your own creations and thus creating new recipes.
