Basel aperitif with gin, white wine, honey, as well as herbal and lemon infusions

At the nginious! Apéritif is the new aperitif drink from the Basel distillery. It consists of sweetening honey, gin, white wine as well as lemon and herb aromas.

The Basel spirits start-up nginious! relies on nginious! Recognizable aperitif. The first creations were made in the Erismann distillery. In order to advance the company's history, however, it was necessary to have its own experimental workshop in the heart of Basel. An area of 200 square meters was purchased in the stock mill's workshop. The new distillery was called Liquid Spirit Distillery.

In order for the expansion to proceed faster, a crowdsale campaign was held in which interested supporters could buy a bottle of gin and thus automatically donate a certain percentage.

After developing different special editions of gin, nginious! To look outside the box without turning away from the topic of gin. This was followed by a pre-mixed Negroni and this aperitif based on white wine, which is enriched with acacia honey, herbs and lemons as well as the in-house Swiss Blended Gin.

The aromatic impressions of the gin were packaged in the bottle design, whereby the deviation from the hip flask design occurred for the first time and the decision was made to use a cylindrical bottle shape. It is best to taste the aperitif on ice, with Prosecco or dry tonic water.

      Likör/Gin oder doch Likör

Sehr sehr fein! Jedoch für mich eher Sektion Likör. Nicht süss, und dennoch nicht wie Gin! In der Nase klar Zitrone, Honig, Kräuter. Im Mund, erst süss, fruchtig, Gin, Kräuter. Geschmacklich sehr interessant!
