The complex result after years of tinkering: a pure kombucha with an interesting character
nÿcha is known for its particularly thirst-quenching sweet-sour balance, complex, harmonious flowery-fruity aromas and a long lingering taste development. nÿcha develops carbonic acid, enzymes and antioxidant organic acids (amino, acetic and lactic acid). The latter are said to have a positive effect on health. The result is a vitamin-rich, slightly caffeinated, naturally flavored and low-calorie drink. Fermented drinks start where others stop. nÿcha starts its journey as a tea infusion with the sugar content of an iced tea. During the natural fermentation lasting several weeks, around half of the sugar is converted into fruity-tasting acids.
The natural fermentation gives each bottle a certain uniqueness - similar to champagne.

We have been working on nÿcha since 2014 with the original goal of producing a healthy, natural and sustainable kombucha drink for ourselves and those around us.
The beneficial herbs grow in the sunny Bündner mountains, in the fresh nature. The finest selection of peppermint, apple mint, lemon balm and marjoram is always made for an invigorating taste. The herbs are freshened up by adding a little pear and lemon juice. All ingredients come from organic farming.
The ginger is the key ingredient in this kombucha. Ginger from Peru is known for the most sustainable cultivation and the highest organic quality. In the form of ginger juice, it gives this kombucha its sparkling spice and spiciness. In addition, there is the refreshingly fruity addition of organic apple juice, which wonderfully supports the depth of the ginger and creates a balanced taste.
The nÿcha Pure goes well with peach, ginger and honey. What do you taste Kombucha is easy carbonated, which is why it tingles pleasantly on the tongue. Through the Fermentation gives Kombucha its interesting taste: sweet and sour and spicy, similar to apple cider vinegar or cider.
