Why is it called Rudolf Bier, you might ask yourself? The brewery brought it out on the occasion of its 222th anniversary. The name pays homage to the former employee Rudolf Moersen. Through his commitment, skill and entrepreneurial skills, he has contributed a lot to the success of the brewery. The tasty strong beer is called Rudolf.
With its alcohol content of 7.5%, this beer actually warms you from the inside. It is therefore particularly suitable in the cold season, but of course you can also enjoy it in summer.
It goes very well with hearty dishes such as braised meat or stews. It also tastes great with sweet dishes such as vanilla ice cream or crème brûlée.

With the Rudolf Bier, the Falken Brewery has succeeded in commemorating its well-deserved employee. The history of the brewery is shaped by numerous hard-working, bustling people. The first of them was the cooper Bernhard Fischer in 1799. He founded the art of brewing in Schaffhausen. His beer was tapped and served in the "Falken" inn in the old town of Schaffhausen. This laid the foundation stone for the Falken brewery.
