The Sorachi Hop Gin from the Falken brewery owes its name to the ingredient "Sorachi". This is an aromatic hop that also gives it a special taste. In addition to the aromatic hops, there are nine other botanicals in Sorachi Gin.

The aroma hops, like the juniper and the other botanicals it contains, can be clearly identified from the smell. The ingredients are roughly in balance with the smell. It's the same with the taste of the Falken Brewery's 3rd gin. Sorachi hops and juniper can be clearly tasted. No ingredient is in the foreground, rather all ingredients complement each other to create the special taste of Sorachi Gin.

When enjoying it, the first impression is the juniper, which makes the drink taste very "green" at first. The hops can also be tasted with the first sip. This then creates a slightly resinous taste. The citrus note of the drink is also clearly recognizable. However, this does not dominate and remains in the background in terms of taste. In general there is a straight and lean aroma.
