Stammheimer Single Malt - 20cl
Single malt whiskey from the Zurich wine country
The Stammheim single malt is made exclusively from regional Swiss brewing barley. In addition to the shimmering gold whiskey, Hopfentropfen GmbH produces hops, liqueurs, beer, wine, red wine and white wine.
The bottling comes from Unterstammheim in the canton of Zurich and is made in the Lochner AG distillery from pure spring water and the best brewing barley from the Stammertal.
The spicy, mild aroma develops through storage for at least 3.5 years in former oak beer barrels. Both the hops and the slightly woody notes of the oak barrels characterize the full-bodied, balanced bouquet with 40% alcohol content. The content of this bottle is 20 cl.
Enjoy the fine drop on ice at the end of the day. Mixed with very little water, the medium-long finish flatters your palate, whereby the slightly dominant alcoholic character takes a backseat. This Swiss whiskey also gives you a complete taste experience as a long drink.
Hopfentropfen GmbH cultivates a forest area and 34 hectares of agricultural land. The most important part of the yields are cultures of vines and hops for the production of exquisite alcoholic specialties. The farm is a popular destination where guests are equally spoiled with culinary delights. Guided tours and events provide interesting insights into hops and malt, which are grown in this climatically ideal region.
