Bligg's pine schnapps in mini format

The fir schnapps is the first drink from the dialect rapper Bligg that is available on the market. It is a 100% Swiss liqueur, which contains the aroma of silver fir and comes from the Züri-Oberland.

The local orchards, mountain meadows and forests have always been a real paradise for botanists. During the year, they collect the precious natural treasures in order to later exploit their various possible uses. The task of the distillers is to capture the flavors and fragrances of the ingredients in their liquid state. And because consumers have long since increasingly preferred regional products, more and more of these products are available in Switzerland.

The makers of the fir schnapps are no longer about debutants. The company Swiss Premium Drinks GmbH already created the Summiteer Heulikör and has now developed the fir schnapps together with rapper Bligg. When it comes to fir schnapps, it goes in a very similar direction: You take a widespread yet unconventional addition from the landscape and thus flavor a high-percentage liquid.

This time it is fir branches that are the focus of interest. The branches come from the footbridge of cleared silver firs in the Zurich Oberland. They are placed in pome fruit brandy for four weeks. Finally, you put an authentic sprig in the bottle so that the fir schnapps stimulates much more than just the sense of smell and taste.
