Simon Koller, the native of Zurich Master Distiller lowers the gin with fresh Züri-Hahnenburger and fills it the finished mixture - which glows in the most beautiful Zurich blue - in the one with love hand-printed glass bottles. Already started in 2016 Simon Koller experimenting with herbs, fruits and spices. Accordingly, the development took over three years, which was characterized by a lot of love, Ambition and the great desire to create the perfect gin.
On his journey to his endeavor
he discovered the most varied of combinations that were not found anywhere else
become. Until the recipe was finally ready, he exchanged the botanicals
over and over again for two years until it finally reached perfection.
The G Gin embodies the reward after years of perseverance,
Innovation and new attempts at maceration.
