The Gull Cold Brew Whiskey Liqueur - 50cl

Cold brew coffee liqueur with whiskey from Appenzell.

The Gull Cold Brew is a whiskey liqueur with an interesting blend of coffee liqueur and whiskey. The product "The Gull" was created through the collaboration between Mövenpick and the Locher Brewery.

Cold brew is cold brewed coffee. This is easily made by using cold water instead of hot water. When making cold brew, the liquid has to steep for a long time. Mövenpick gives the fresh Arabica beans a full ten hours for this.

After the "cold coffee" has been made, it is mixed with the whiskey from the Locher brewery. The whiskey matures in the beer barrel and is particularly creamy. The taste of the whiskey is very diverse - caramel, malt, vanilla, plums, liquorice and of course coffee.

The resulting whiskey liqueur combines many different tastes into a very special taste experience. The product tastes clearly like coffee and whiskey and has a fruity, sweet-creamy and spicy note.

The whiskey liqueur has an alcohol content of 21% and is supplied in a 50 cl bottle. The product is made in Switzerland.

The application possibilities of the product are very large. It can of course be enjoyed pure at first, but also mixed with whiskey. Furthermore, the liqueur is also perfectly suitable for use in various cocktails. Examples are Black Russian, Espresso Martini or White Russian.
