On the one hand, the traditional Käsers Schloss distillery relies on its tried and tested Tschin, which has long since convinced many connoisseurs of the gin universe with its clear note, on the other hand, an interesting new player comes into play with Pinot Noir grapes. The sweet fruits are married with the original recipe during the fermentation process, the result is a gin with a phenomenal finish, whose lovely, citrus berry fruit aroma dances on the tongue.

Käser's castle in Elfingen in Aargau has long been known for its high quality standards and its creative approach, meanwhile the family business from the Rhine with its self-produced liqueurs, schnapps, whyskies, wines and gins has secured a permanent place in a steadily growing fan base. The Tschin Pinot Noir is Käser's variation on a sloe gin. The fact that he uses his own grapes instead of sloe berries speaks for his willingness to experiment. This exclusive gin gets its deep red color by combining it with juniper, cherry blossoms, woodruff and wild strawberries. An intense taste experience awaits the connoisseur, who can look forward to a strong juniper note with lovely floral tones, which can be combined excellently with gin and tonic, cherry liqueur or vermouth.
