Behind the name White Socks is a multi-award-winning organic gin, which is produced by the specialty brewery Humbel in Switzerland according to organic standards. Juniper and hand-picked herbs, spices and ingredients from the region such as verveine and mint give it its unique taste.
Named after the man with the white socks on the label, the White Socks impresses with ingredients from organic and regional cultivation. In addition, the cultivation and trade of all herbs, fruits and spices that are used in the production of this fine wine meet the strict fair trade requirements - enjoyment with a clear conscience.
The White Socks convinces with its spicy scent, which has notes of coniferous wood and juniper. On the palate, it is just as spicy, with light citrus and earthy notes. The finish is long and is dominated by juniper.
This gin has its origin in the traditional Humbel distillery in Stetten. The Humbel distillery was founded in 1918 as a side income from a farm and is still family-owned today. Known for their high-quality, noble cherry brandies, this family distillery has now also made a real name for itself in the organic gin sector.
